Consider the FNW AC Series rack and pinion actuator. It is nickel-infused to improve corrosion resistance in harsh environments such as near washdown stations. Not only does nickel improve cycle life, but it does not contain sparking properties. Multiple sizes are available with torque up to 13,000 in. lb. at 80 psi supply air.
